Dušan Klimeš

Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer

Dušan graduated from the Prague University of Economics and Business before earning his master’s degree at Nottingham Trent University. His career has included stints in banking and financial services, and he has gained experience across a broad range of investments. He has also worked in insurance at a Europe-wide level. In recent years, he has devoted himself entirely to investment funds and process management.

Marek Joch

Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Financial Officer

Since graduating from the Faculty of Law at Charles University and the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at the University of Economics and Business, Marek has been actively involved in capital markets, particularly in setting up investment structures. Marek has been overseeing the creation of investment funds, comprehensive investment holdings, high-level M&As, and crisis management from a legal, investment and senior management perspective for more than 15 years.

Radek Hub

Member of the Supervisory Board and Head of Management

Radek has more than 12 years’ professional experience at financial institutions, working in financial and capital markets, investment advisory, and investment portfolio management. Over the course of his career, he has served as an investment specialist and private banker at domestic banking houses, a securities dealer, and as a portfolio manager of qualified investor funds (private equity, real estate and development, securities, and alternative assets).

Vít Bozděch

Member of the Supervisory Board and Chief Commercial Officer

Vít is a senior manager with a wealth of experience in the banking and financial markets. He is responsible for implementing strategy and managing key projects in financial services and corporate investments. Deeply knowledgeable on securities and asset structuring, he specialises in investment and private banking. He has more than 20 years’ experience of capital markets and stock exchange trading. He has previously headed sales teams and managed strategic projects for market-leading companies. He spent over 10 years as private banking director at PPF banka and holds a brokerage licence.

Miloslav Strnad

Martin Darivčák

Chief Risk Officer

Martin is a 15-year veteran of corporate banking at prestigious multinational banking institutions. His professional focus is on risk management, credit analysis, and project, structured and renewable energies financing. He graduated in finance from Masaryk University in Brno. He lectures on banking and creditworthiness assessments of corporate clients at Mendel University in Brno.

Andrej Lippay

Asset Manager

Andrej holds a master of science degree in financial analysis and fund management from the University of Exeter and a double bachelor’s degree in economics and business management from Washington College. He also holds a CFA UK investment management certificate. For more than 10 years, he has worked in private wealth management and banking around the world.
